In June 2017, Indian engineering companies came to seek cooperation with us to customize chassis for their infrastructure projects in Africa.

In July, the preliminary investigation of the project was completed. Customer's working environment is relatively humid and road condition is not good. The infrastructure in the project area is backward and does not have the ability to maintain the vehicle. The engineering cycle is long, the situation is complicated, and there are many types of vehicles required.

To this end, we have set five cores of this design: high versatility, strong off-road performance, durability, easy repair, long maintenance cycle.

In October, the project design and vehicle design testing were completed. Chassis is divided into two types: engineering and transportation. Transport-type chassis for general use, including oil trucks used to supply the fuel needed for the project, material trucks used to transport living goods and construction materials, the truck crane used to complete part of the construction work on site, and the cabin transport vehicle is used to protect the rest of the staff's life and the maintenance of the vehicle, the garbage truck is used to clean up construction waste and domestic garbage.

Small transport chassis is universal. Refrigerator and van are used to distribute short-distance living materials and goods, daily temporary commuter vehicles and small shelter cars are as mobile maintenance vehicles.

Engineering vehicles include cement mixers and dump trucks.

After passing the test, the final scheme is submitted to Dongfeng for production and final product quality inspection.

In November, the production of vehicles was completed. Then, the customer sent a special person to learn the operation, maintenance and repair knowledge of the vehicle, and personally test the quality of the product.

After inspection by the customer, it will be sent to the destination country in December 2017. Subsequent shipments have been sent to the destination country for a total of 24 vehicles. This product has been using to create values for its customers.
