The First Vehicle Of The First Batch Assembly Project Of Dongfeng Import & Export in East Africa Was Rolled Off The Production Line in Kenya.

Recently, the local support team of the Heavy and Medium Commercial Vehicles Overseas Division sent 3 technical experts to the East African factory
to jointly work with local partners to fully ensure the smooth implementation of the first batch assembly project in East Africa and further implement the company's strategy of local production.

There, the team takes into account the actual situation on site and establishing a coordination mechanism with the local factory, the production process was immediately initiated.

In the production process, Chinese engineers were involved throughout the process to verify the process parameters, collaborate with local employees, and provide on-site explanations. Before the vehicles were rolled off the production line, various performance indicators were tested item by item. After continuous efforts, the first white Dongfeng heavy truck was rolled off the production line at the factory in Kenya.

After the first vehicle was rolled off the production line, the team strictly followed the quality system standards of Dongfeng to conduct a comprehensive review of the manufacturing process, process control, and testing capabilities of the factory. They completed the two-party audit of the factory and confirmed that it had the stable production capacity for large-scale batches.
