In March 2015, we customized amphibious vehicles for Singapore customers.
The core of the vehicle is to solve the convenience of water rescue and fire fighting in waterfront areas. For future use needs, customer said: "What we need is a vehicle that can be driven directly from the land into the water. And we hope that it will arrive at the rescue site first, it can be easily turned into a ship, fire trucks, water trucks as well. We hope that it is versatile, efficient and safe too.
So the core of our design for this vehicle are: versatile, efficient and safe.
For safety, of course, Of course, our first consideration is not to leak water, then the engine must have sufficient heat dissipation and power in the water, and then the attitude of the vehicle must be stable when driving at high speed in the water. We also need to consider the possibility of rollover due to uneven weight distribution when a large number of people or goods move on the vehicle; As well as the installation of equipment when vehicles are used for different functions, it will affect the weight distribution of vehicles and bring about safety problems. As a result, we designed the “Underwater Cooling Technology for Engines” and worked with a professional speedboat design company to design a streamlined hull that is safe and efficient for vehicles.
We mainly focus on three aspects to solve the problem of high efficiency: the speed of water surface, the convenience and speed of land and water environment exchange, and the speed and applicability of the efficiency while replacing different equipment in different use environments.We design the power of the vehicle through real data on the surface of the water, so that the vehicle can be powerful both on the surface and the land.
The exchange time between land and water environment, in short, you just need to press the switch and drive it into the water directly; we have done everything in advance, parking is a waste of time. Vehicles can reach a maximum speed of 70 km/h on the ground, which ensures the safety and efficiency of the vehicle while driving, while on the water, the vehicle can still reach a speed of 25 km/h. Also, the vehicle is 6x6, which allows it to enter the water from any chaotic environment.
We can't do much on multifunctional design. So we put all our energy into the rational layout and fixing of the equipment. Of course, it still needs to go to a fixed place for equipment replacement, but it has a high efficiency replacement. All fixed points are designed in advance. You only need to fix the seat, water tank or pump in a special location.
Seat quantity and water storage and sprinkler capacity are customized according to customers'needs. At present, 10 vehicles have been delivered.
