【Case】Back Door Customization For Dump Truck Client From DRC

We supplied a 6x4 dump truck to client from Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2020. 

This dump truck’s tipper box dimension is 5200x2300x1500mm. 

After the truck arriving in DRC,  it received good reputation from the end user.

 At first, the end user planned to receive some construction materials transportation order for truck rent.

Based on complicated and volatile marketing environment in the local place, 

there are many transportation orders for common goods with standard packages who would like to do transportation by this dump truck. 

In order to expand order quantity, orders are accepted.

New problem occurred because the common goods with standard package need to be loaded and unloaded by forklift. 

It means the original dump truck back door is not convenient for forklift’s job.

When we received requests for help from customer, our technology team worked for designing of new back door, 

which could be opened for forklift, also stable with long life and easy to be replaced with the original dump truck back door.  

We took only 7 days from design to manufacture finish.

Now the back door is on the way to his owner in DRC, will start its new life.
