How to judge and repair a heavy clutch?

Once the clutch is heavy while driving a vehicle, the following aspects should generally be considered.

●Air pressure

First check whether the air pressure is normal. Under normal circumstances, the clutch pedal can work normally if the air pressure is above 6. If the dashboard shows normal, but the clutch cylinder air pressure is low, you need to check the four-way circuit return valve on the vehicle and the air volume of all single pressure regulating valves on the vehicle.

● Check whether there is any leakage in the air pipe joint of the air distributor valve

There is a small filter inside the air distributor valve. If it is not maintained for a long time, it will be blocked, causing the clutch booster pump to fail to provide boost, so the clutch is heavy.

If the above two points are normal and there is no problem with the clutch slave cylinder, you should consider whether the clutch pressure plate and clutch plate are worn for a long time and there is a lot of dust inside, causing the pressure claw to be too hard and making the clutch heavy.

● Check whether the fork sleeve and fork are severely worn

 Check whether the release bearing is worn for a long time, the clutch release bearing is loose or the force is uneven, causing the clutch to be heavy.
