Maintenance is an indispensable part of the truck's use. Especially for trucks, they are always in working condition and load heavy goods in long distance. It is easy to cause vehicle loss. Over the years, tinkering is essential. 

As the saying goes,"Long illness is half a doctor", the number of truck repairs is much, and when there is a small problem, the truck drivers need to know how to repair it themselves. Today, we make a simple sorting of various repair tips to give some help to drivers.

1.Oil pipe snap

      When the oil pipe is broken, you can find a rubber or plastic pipe that fits the diameter of the oil pipe. If the cup joint is not tight enough, both ends can be tied with wire to prevent oil leakage.

2.Oil leakage from tubing joint

     Can be wrapped with cotton yarn and the lower edge of the horn, and then tighten the oil pipe nut and the joint; You can also chew bubble gum or malt into a paste, apply it to the mouth of the nut, and seal it after it has dried.

3.Oil pipe broken

       When the oil pipe is broken, wipe the cracked area, apply soap, wrap it around the tubing with a cloth or tape, and tie it with wire, then apply a layer of soap.

4.Tank damage

      When motor vehicles are in use,founding oilleak, we can wipe it and coat the oil-leak palce with soap or bubble gum,temporarily blocked; Repair with epoxy resin adhesive is better.

5.Precipitation cup rupture

    Use duct tape or plastic tubing to put the intakeand output oil pipe of sediment cup so that the oil does not pass straight in the sediment cup.

6.Inlet and outlet hose burst

     When the rupture is not large, the leaking area can be wrapped with a cloth coated with soap; If the rupture is large, we can cut off the hose rupture and place a bamboo tube or iron pipe in the middle then tie it with a wire.

       7.Valve spring break

      The spring can be removed, and the broken two segments can be reversed and used. If the spring is broken into several sections, the intake and exhaust valve adjustment screws of the cylinder can be removed, so that the valve is kept closed, and the cylinder is stopped.

8.Fan belt break

       The broken belt can be connected in series with the wire or the vehicle can be driven away by opening and stopping.

9.Generator carbon brush wear

      The meter shows that the generator is not stable, and then does not generate electricity. You can use the wrench that is carried with the vehicle to get a few more generators. Of course, this is only anemergency method, and it is necessary to find a place to replace the carbon brush.

10.High and low gear slider leaking

Highand low gear slider leaking, especially the eight-speed box, when the high and low gears are leaking  and even the air cannot be pumped up, the car can not start. In this case, the apron on the slider is generally worn, we can remove the slider and take out the apron, then wrap a layer of raw material in the groove of the apron, at last we set of an apron,it will not be broken in a year.

11.Staywire of the gear falls off 

       Use a pair of scissors to cut a strip of tire skin, one end tied to the base of the ball, and the other end tied in the direction that allows theball to 

enter the slot, and tighten it.

 The mechanical faults of the vehicles almost all have signs. Drivers know more about the simple repairing skills of the trucks, which helps the driversto eliminate some safety hazards on the road and prevent other hidden dangers.
