  1. Water temperature sensor:

original-water-temperature-sensor

(located on the engine water outlet line) measures the coolant temperature for fuel injection correction, torque correction, rail pressure correction and thermal protection.

2. Atmospheric pressure sensor:

CM20181031-47649-54447 (1)

(The atmospheric pressure sensor is integrated in the ECU) to detect the atmospheric pressure, measure the altitude, and use it to control the correction of the fuel injection parameters.

3. Fuel temperature sensor:

R (1) (1)

(on diesel primary filter or oil pump) to measure fuel temperature for fuel injection quantity correction, torque correction and thermal protection.

4. Camshaft position sensor:

R (1) (1)

(Generally installed at the position where the front end of the camshaft cover faces the front end of the intake and exhaust camshafts) It is used to collect the position signal of the valve camshaft and input it to the ECU, so that the ECU can identify the compression top dead center of cylinder 1 and perform sequential fuel injection control, ignition timing control and knock control.

5. Crankshaft position sensor:

R (1) (1)

(on the flywheel housing, next to the crankshaft pulley, on the engine block) to measure the engine speed and crankshaft angle.

6. Oil pressure sensor:

R (2)

(on the engine main oil gallery) Used to measure oil pressure.

7. Intake pressure and temperature sensor:

oil_pressure_temp_sensor_904-7142__40983 (1)

(Behind the turbocharger in the intake pipe) Measure the intake air volume and the intake air temperature, which is used for the correction of the fuel injection amount and thermal protection.

8. Air flow meter sensor:

39dc3748-fb9d-41ec-9905-beb3d9497ef8.e6a24ead68601f1cdb7f5d3448224861 (1)

(Behind the air filter, on the intake pipe in front of the turbocharger) Measure the amount of air entering the intake pipe and use it to correct the fuel injection amount.

9. Accelerator pedal position sensor:

R (3) (1) (1)

(On the accelerator pedal) Measure the pedal stroke, reflect the driver's intention, and use it to calculate the fuel injection amount.

10. Knock sensor:

OIP

(on the engine block) detects the combustion state of the engine and precisely controls the pre-injection.

11. Common rail pressure sensor:

R (1)

(On the common rail pipe) Measure the fuel pressure in the common rail pipe to ensure stable temperature and pressure control.

12. Water-In-Fuel (WIF) Sensor:

641

(Installed on the coarse filter) Detect the water and moral components in the fuel, and warn the driver to waterproof in time.
