How to deal with different tire wear phenomena?
01
Abnormal wear on both sides of the tread of a single tire.
Solution: Check whether the tire pressure is too low or whether there is a problem with the tire quality.

02
Abnormal wear in the middle of the tread of a single tire.
Solution: Check whether the tire quality is defective or whether the tire pressure is too high.

03
The tire tread of the steering axle shows an "S" type of wear.
Solution: Check whether the toe, steel ring, steering ball head, and steering gear are loose.

04
The tire tread of the rear tire showed abnormal wear in an "S" shape.
Solution: Check whether the steel ring, hub screw and shaft head are loose.

05
A certain part of the tire tread is worn out abnormally.
Solution: Check whether the brake hub is out of round.
06
The two tires on the same axis have abnormal wear on the inside.
Solution: Check whether there is a problem with the toe and the kingpin of the steering knuckle.

07
The tires on the coaxial line are worn out abnormally.
Solution: Check whether the toe size is correct.

08
The inner edge of the unilateral tire of the steering axle is abnormally worn.
Solution: Check the king pin of the steering knuckle.

09
Abnormal wear on the outside of the unilateral tires of the steering axle.
Solution: Check whether the king pin of the front axle and steering knuckle is deformed.
10
The inner edge of the tire on the rear axle side of the vehicle is abnormally worn.
Solution: Check whether the wheel bearing clearance is too large, the wheel hub and bearing housing is loose, and whether the half-shaft conduit is bent upward and deformed.

11
Unusual wear on the outside of the tire on the rear axle side of the vehicle.
Solution: Check if the steel plate center dowel, steel plate pin bushing and steel plate lugs are loose.

12
The outside of one tire and the inside of one tire of the rear axle of the vehicle are worn out abnormally.
Solution: Check whether the steel plate center screw, steel plate pin bushing, and steel plate lifting lugs are loose.

13
Abnormal wear on the inner side of a single tire on the steering axle of a dual-front axle vehicle.
Solution: Check whether the kingpin of the steering knuckle of the tire bridge, the hub bearing and the ball head are loose, and whether the toe is too large.

14
Abnormal wear on the outside of a single tire on the steering axle of a dual-front axle vehicle.
Solution: Check whether the toe of the tyre bridge is too small, and whether the kingpin of the steering knuckle and the axle are deformed.

15
Abnormal wear on the inner side of the first axle tire and the outer side of the first axle tire on the steering axle of a double-front axle vehicle.
Solution: Check steering synchronization and positioning of the axle suspension.

16
Coaxial tires on the steering axle of a dual front axle vehicle, with one side inside and one side outside abnormally worn.
Solution: Check the steering synchronization and the suspension positioning of the axle.

17
The outer edges of the tires on both axles of the dual front axle vehicle are abnormally worn.
Solution: Check the steering knuckle main pin.

18
The inner edges of the tires on both axles of the dual front axle vehicle are abnormally worn.
Solution: Check whether the front axle and the main pin of the steering knuckle are deformed.
