1. Main filter element assembly
The urea pump filter is a 15 micron filter used to prevent impurities that may be suspended in the urea from entering the injection system.
The aftertreatment urea pump filter consists of the following components:
After-treatment urea dosing pump filter cover, after-treatment urea dosing pump filter pressure buffer, after-treatment urea dosing pump filter element.
Maintenance is required at 100,000 km or 20 months, whichever comes first.
2. The filter element in the urea tank
The urea tank filter is a 35 micron filter to prevent foreign matter that may be suspended in the urea from entering the injection system. Debris can cause permanent damage and premature failure of the aftertreatment urea pump.
The filter in the urea tank is located inside the urea tank, below the liquid level temperature sensor.
Maintenance is required at 100,000 km or 20 months, whichever comes first.
3. Oil and gas separator
The oil-air separator is used to connect the air supply line of the injection control unit. It protects the injection control unit within the system from excessive oil residues in the compressed air.
Maintenance is required at 60,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first.
4. Maintenance of urea tank
Periodically clean the breather valve with compressed air.
Maintenance required at 30,000km or 6 months, whichever comes first
After filling the urea, plug the rubber plug to prevent the urea from splashing.
There is a discharge port at the bottom of the urea tank, and the sediment needs to be discharged regularly.
Maintenance required at 60,000 km or 8 months, whichever comes first
Allowable filling amount of urea tank:25L/45L

1. Ventilation valve 2. Liquid level temperature sensor installation port 3. Urea cap urea filling port
5. Cleaning of the air path of the urea pump
Ecofit UA2 Pump Air Path Cleaning
Cleaning cycle: 48,000 kilometers or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first
Emitec pump air circuit cleaning
Cleaning cycle: 48,000 kilometers or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first
