Box truck or stake truck, which one to choose?

Light trucks commonly have different types of bodies, such as box-type, stake. Each type of body has its own advantages and disadvantages. Different types of cargo and working conditions impose varied requirements on the body of light trucks.

Firstly, the box-type, with features like waterproofing and theft prevention, eliminating the hassle of dealing with tarpaulins. In terms of loading and unloading, modern box-type light trucks typically come with a side door, making the process fast.

In recent years, the number of box-type light trucks has risen rapidly, primarily due to the rapid development of express delivery and freight services. Therefore, in cities with well-developed logistics, box-type trucks have begun to dominate the market for light trucks.

Compared to box trucks, stake trucks have a larger loading capacity, a broader range of cargo sources, and more convenient loading and unloading. The disadvantage is that in areas with frequent rainfall, drivers need to frequently use tarpaulins, and the anti-theft performance is not as good as box trucks. 

The advantage of regular cargo trucks lies in their ease of loading and unloading. They can transport large items, making them suitable for transporting oversized goods and they are the most cost-effective option.
