Maintenance points of concrete mixer truck (main hydraulic system) in winter

Concrete mixer truck hydraulic system is the core of the operation of the whole mixer truck's body, and the value of the whole hydraulic system accounts for about 40% of the body. If it is said that once the hydraulic system fails, salvage is not timely, then it will lead to concrete condensation in the mixing drum, causing big losses.

1. Before each start of work, please check the hydraulic oil and replenish or replace it according to the situation.

2. During the operation of a mixer truck, it is important to pay attention to checking the hydraulic oil tank filter element and vacuum gauge to prevent excessive back pressure caused by poor oil quality. If excessive back pressure is detected, the filter element should be removed and replaced, and in some cases, the hydraulic oil may need to be replaced.

3. Regularly inspect the oil pump and motor to check for any hydraulic oil leakage at their connection points and to ensure that the interfaces are not loose. Pay special attention to the suction oil pipeline of the hydraulic pump, as it is prone to loosening and causing air intake, which can result in system noise and oil discharge from the breather vent of the oil tank.

4. Keep the radiator on the surface of the hydraulic system fan clean to ensure good heat dissipation.

5. cold start (especially in winter), to run at least 20 minutes before loading.

6. Put the operating lever of the hydraulic pump to the center position every time you start it.

7. After the new car has been used for 50 hours, the bolts on the fixed pump and motor as well as the reducer must be confined.

8. When encountering poor road conditions, drive carefully to avoid damaging the main bearing of the reducer.

9. Pay attention to whether the fan rotates in summer.

If you find that the hydraulic system has a fault, such as the noise becomes louder, but there is no sound of metal impact, you need to check the oil, temperature.
