4WD Off-Road Dump Truck For South America

May, 4th 2017, 4WD off road dump truck was delivery. Before setting out, we did serious examine again.

Appearance inspection for lights, painting, welding line, screw imprison, interior parts.

Engine:examine for even every oil pipe, every sensor, every clamp.

Interior part: examine for air outlet, instrument lamp, cleanliness level, button elastic, radio.

Gear position examine, customized for client’s special needs.

Cargo box: including dumper lifting and down, fixing amend, PTO device testing.

4WD system examine, ensure client’s using safety and steady performance.

Sensor testing to make sure user gets every detail change to avoid any possible problem.

Steering wheel examine, correct direction and horn condition.

Road test.

Simulation test according to client’s road condition to make sure the truck shows every problem before delivery so that we can solve them as soon aspossible in order to ensure high steady and off road system level.
