C serious 8x4 dump truck, the design principle is totally same as 6x4 tipper, both of them are produced for heavy duty construction or mining transportation. 8x4 version loading weight is 15 tonne to 35 tonne, it is rated data.

For heavy duty capacity, we use heavy loading axles, especially, the rear axle with hub reduction, which can increase the torque during heavy loading condition, in order to let the truck has better performance in full loading.

8x4 tipper truck loading weight also has three grade. 20 tons, 35 tons and 45 tons. The economic speed is 30-50 km/h with front ground clearance 310mm. Approach angle 25°, departure angle 22°.

The tipper box materials and producing process is standard as all our dump trucks. High strengthen steel materials is used to make it strong enough. Different kind of goods sometimes use different shape of box. U-shape is optional for mining.

7.Rear axle provides high torque output and a wide ratio range. Integrated main reducer housing, secure light weight, high strength and good sealing performance. Patented lubrication pump technology for middle axle and oil lubrication on main components, will efficiently prevent burn-out of bearings.
