RHOCT-T oil tank truck model is produced for 20m³, 22m³, 23m³, 25m³, 30m³ and 40m³ volume tanker truck. Because of high safety request, it is optional for front exhaust , cabin top warning lamp and disc brake. 

Fuel tanker 

Light and middle oil tanker are both carbon steel materials, stainless steel materials and aluminium alloy materials. In order to increase the safety of the oil tanker truck, we standard produce the tanker with bleach valve, tank body with anti-wave inside plate.

Spillproof and leakage probe: also known as anti-spillage electronic sensor, is a device to prevent liquid bursting and leakage in advance alarm, he is installed on the top of the container manhole cover, when the oil level reaches the warning limit, the sensor automatically alarm off the brake.

Seabed valve: when the external imbalance force stimulation, can trigger the internal spring stem, cut off the oil pipeline in 5 seconds, to ensure the safety of the medium inside the car, prevent leakage, ignition, explosion; To ensure the safety of drivers, friends, goods in the car, related property and living things outside the car.

European standard tank mouth: with built-in breathing and emergency discharge energy, and can be installed on the manhole cover oil and gas recovery valve, oil measuring hole, anti-overflow rod, etc. In the process of filling oil, when the page reaches the detection position, the sensing system will automatically alarm, thus stopping the filling oil. The built-in breathing valve keeps the internal pressure of the tanker stable during the process of transporting oil, and reaches a balance with the external pressure. The design of dumping anti-overflow makes the tanker sealed in case of accident. The emergency exhaust device will open automatically when the pressure in the tank rises sharply, releasing the pressure in the tank, thus preventing the occurrence of accidents and greatly improving the safety of oil transportation.

Oil discharge valve: for quick oil discharge. The front interface is in line with APIRP1004 standard for easy connection with the unloading hose. Hydrodynamic internal structure that minimizes internal pressure at high flow rates. The outlet adopts flat bottom structure, no oil leakage when the joint is disassembled, safe and reliable.

Oil and gas recovery device: the device can recycle all the oil and gas volatilized during loading and unloading to the oil tank in the reservoir area to avoid the leakage of oil and gas, and condensate the oil and gas through other oil and gas recovery device for recycling, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
