1.The plate surface anti-skid treatment

The flat surface adopts folding die stamping 3P2A convex plate block combination, in the loading tire rolling surface area, sprayed with anti-skid granular material, friction coefficient increases, the surface becomes more smooth, reduce the resistance of the upper plate of the auxiliary wheel, work more easily, and excellent anti-skid performance.

The piston support ring is made of imported materials with high temperature resistance and wear resistance. The double support ring or large area single support ring structure is used to match the design requirements. In the operation of obstacle removal, if the cylinder is subjected to large lateral force, the high standard support ring can ensure the stable operation of the cylinder.

Avoid damage caused by direct friction between piston and cylinder wall piston rod and cylinder head;

6. Hydraulic components and hydraulic system are inspected before purchasing and warehousing of finished products. The hydraulic system adopts double filtration of inlet and return oil to fully ensure that the hydraulic components and vehicle hydraulic system meet the performance requirements of the relevant national calibration.

7. Folding introduction:

By adjusting the Angle between the plate and the ground through folding mechanism, the collision phenomenon between the front suspension of the rescued vehicle and the plate and the rear suspension of the rescued vehicle and the ground can be overcome to protect the rescued vehicle from damage.

The minimum Angle between the plate surface and the ground is 8~10° (depending on the vehicle type), which is suitable for most of the domestic and foreign car chassis height requirements.

When the front wheel of some cars with low chassis reaches the plate, the front suspension may collide with the plate surface. The folding plate can easily solve this problem which is difficult to be solved by the traditional plate.

When the rear wheel of the car with lower chassis reaches the flat plate, the folding mechanism can adjust the Angle between the rear suspension and the ground, so that the upper plate of the vehicle can be easily and freely without collision.

8. The use of special groove machine pre groove process before welding, increase the weld penetration, improve the overall strength of welding parts.

9. All structural parts in the welding use tooling, fixture to ensure the production accuracy.
