Heavier loading capacity, high working efficiency, easy operating and safe is particularly important for an urban construction truck. RHOCT-R construction dump truck is designed based on downtown working environment, with 5-12 tonne loading weight.

R serious dump truck has day cabin and sleeper cabin models with 2400mm of overall width. Tipper box length 4300mm-5700mm, box width is 2300mm and 2350mm optional. Height range 600mm-1500mm accordingly.

R serious construction dump truck's bumper is designed very strong. Front headlight is installed on the upper position which is not easy to be damaged. Polypropylene coated steel bumper can withstand almost any degree of impact. You can choose protection cover for front headlight also. Exposed fasteners on body panels allow customers to replace panels quickly . Low, collapsible entry pedals will make it easy to get in and out, and their anti-skid design also makes them safer. Its elongated mirror arm gives you an excellent forward view, while the higher intake pipe improves the reverse view.

R serious tipper truck has high taste of interior colour assortment, while it is also fit for construction site very much.  The combination instrument displays the important information in the front center position, arranges the infrequently used control button in the distant position. Flexible switch interface allows for a few more to be installed. Added a lot of store content space, convenient deposit file kind article. The top of the dashboard is perfect for storing small bits and pieces. There is room for pens, tickets and mobile phones, as well as a USB socket. It has engine options of 4.75L, 5.9L, 6.5L, 6.7L and 7.5L. Horse power is from 180hp to 285hp. During them, 4.75L, 5.9L and 6.7L models match 8 gears transmission. 6.5L and 7.5L engine match 8 and 9 speeds gearbox. All the transmission have over gear and direct gear two types for option.

There are three kinds of loading weight models in this serious, 5 tonne grade, 8 tonne grade and 12 tonne grade. With different brand of axles for option, for example North-benz, Steyr and DANA. We choose North-benz to work with rough road condition which has low speed and heavy duty transportation, surely including some off road complicated conditions. Steyr axle will be used for general pavement road, light or serious non-pavement complicated road.  And Dana will be used on the good pavement road for medium and heavy duty effective transportation. 

Economic speed is 30-50km/h, top speed is 80-90km/h, Front axle ground clearance is 310mm, rear axle ground clearance is 270mm, tipper box bottom plate ground clearance is 1200mm. Approach angle is over 25°, departure angle is over 18°. Choose 4x4 off-road version with approach angle over 55° and departure angle over 18°.

There are four types of dump truck box, including standard box, lightweight box, Hydraulically sealed box and off road version box. The standard and lightweight tipper box can be equipped with electrical tarpaulin to prevent dampness and stone splash down. And the hydraulically sealed dumper box can work for dust or non-solid engineering materials and engineering wastes transportation. Off road version is especially used for rough environment, it will make center of gravity lower, truck running is safer. Container sidewall thickness is 2mm-10mm for option, bottom plate is 3mm-12mm thickness(Among them, R serious construction dump truck, we suggest you to choose 2mm-6mm thickness sidewall and 3mm-8mm thickness bottom plate. )
