RHOCT-R suction sewage truck is mainly used in urban and rural areas and sanitation departments to suck and transport feces and other sewage; Can suction droppings, sewage and sludge mud liquid, and mixed with small floating debris, vacuum dung can be self-priming pump automatic discharge have pressure and their emissions in two ways, apply to the municipal sanitation, big small and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises, communities, schools, septic tank cleaning of transhipment, city pipeline cleaning dredge, factory biogas slurry renewal cleaning, etc

Based on size of tanker and chassis loading capacity, light duty and middle duty are both available, details as followed: 

Light type

Light duty model tank volume range is 4000L-8000L, tanker dimension for reference as followed:

4500L tanker dimension: 3350×1550×1100

6000L tanker dimension: 4100×1700×1100

8000L tanker dimension:4500×1700×1350

Middle type

The tank volume of this model is 8000-10000L, and the tanker assembly mainly contains PTO, drive shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part,  pipe network system, hand washing device, observation window,  vacuum pressure gauge, and  pipe network system. The truck is equipped with high-power vacuum suction pump and high-quality hydraulic system, high-quality carbon steel plate production tank with permanent non-deformation venture a die-casting molding. And the tank has back door, with double tipper cylinder . Sewage tank can be unload directly through the back cover, high vacuum, large tonnage, high efficiency.

This system equipped with high-power pump vacuum dung (oil seal rotary vane vacuum pumps), vertical suction is more than 7 meters, suction level is over 50 meters. 

It is installed with spill-proof device (buoyancy closure) to prevent waste and sewage go into the vacuum pump to damage the system. 

The rated rotate speed is 1400 r/min,  minimum rotate speed 800 r/min, shaft power, 5 kw, air inlet diameter: 50 mm, steering: clockwise, theory of pumping speed: 68L/s.

Generally speaking, the truck has advanced design with strong suction power and long suction distance.

Middle duty model tank volume range is 10000L-15000L, tanker dimension for reference as followed:

10000L tanker dimension is 5400×2000×1200

12000L tanker dimension is 5400×2000×1500

15000Ltanker dimension is 6400×2000×1500

Different part of  suction sewage truck function

Vacuum pump: the use of suction, drain the air in the tank makes the tank gradually formed a vacuum or increase the pressure in the tank, in order to achieve the purpose of suction and discharge of liquid.

Tanker: sewage storage, with strengthen plate to ensure the liquid in the tank stable during transportation. You can check the position of liquid from observation window on the tank.

Swing arm mechanism: installed at the top of the middle section of the tank, by the arm, hard pipe, hose, rotating base, through the rotation of the arm to drive the hose mouth (i.e. suction mouth) to the designated suction site, makes the work convenient.

Pipeline system: The pipeline system is composed of four-way valve, straight-way valve, oil and gas separator, vacuum pressure gauge, manure discharge device, etc. The valve is the operating device of the vehicle, which can control the suction and discharge function by changing the air flow path.
